Nucleus– coordinate the cell’s activity

 

Mitochondria– power house of the cell

Cell wall – protects the cell and gives it rigidity

Cell membrane– filters the inflow and outflow of materials

Chloroplast– for photosynthesis in plants

Endoplasmic reticulum -serves as a pathway for transport of substance in the cell

Vacuole-stores nutrient for the cell

Ribosome-centre for protein synthesis

Middle lamella– a lining between two or more cells

Plasmodesmata-means of communication between two or more cells

Golgi body– transportation of lipids in the cell and the creation of lysosome

Lysosome– waste removal in the cell

Vesicle -metabolism and enzyme storage
